This Spanish painter, sculptor and engraver is the son of the sculptor Alfonso Gabino. Amadeo began his steps in the art field by assisting his father in his sculpture atelier. He started his studies at the “San Carlos” Fine Arts Superior School, in Valencia, and he finished them in Rome, Paris, Hamburg and New York. His work represents complex abstract metal objects and constructivist collages. Amadeo Gabino counted on a multitude of individual and collective exhibitions, both national and international, and he was also granted several awards, among them the National Award of Printing in the International Ibero-American Biennial of Mexico in 1980.
