Spring in Fukuoka´s Garden reviews once again within the project of the artist Rubén Martín de Lucas, a pictorial language in which he is able to reconcile nature and men.

The series in which the artist from Madrid has been working on since 2016, represents through monocultures and the orchards in two opposite ways of understanding agriculture, and a deeper understanding of life. Through the philosophy of the farmer and philosopher Masanobu Fukuoka and his essay The Revolution of a Blade of Straw, the artist creates an idea through his vivid imagination which illustrates the art of the Taoist Wu Wei, in other words it refers to the art of not doing, not forcing, not interfering regards farming and agriculture. Fukuoka reflects while teaching how to respect the land and how to cultivate it as a reference and extrapolation to life itself.

To let things flow is a driving philosophy...
